On Linux, you can check for missing libraries using "ldd loda" |

If I understand correctly, this is on Debian 11 a.k.a. Bullseye. This is the current "oldoldstable" release. You should upgrade your OS to the current stable version. https://www.debian.org/releases/ |

Tried ldd on my rpi: The key is 2.31 here, too old. LDD checks for 2.32 and higher. |

Latest version 2601.25 will not run on one of my computers (my 4 core Intel I5 machine), every work unit fails, 429 errors so far, run for 2 seconds <core_client_version>7.4.25</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <message> process exited with code 195 (0xc3, -61) </message> <stderr_txt> 2026-01-30 15:47:41 (809109): wrapper (8.3.26019): starting 2026-01-30 15:47:41 (809109): wrapper: running ../../projects/boinc.loda-lang.org_loda/loda-260125-linux-x86 (boinc -H 4) 2026-01-30 15:47:41 (809109): wrapper: created child process 809111 2026-01-30 15:47:42 (809109): loda exited; CPU time 0.000735 2026-01-30 15:47:42 (809109): app exit status: 0x1 2026-01-30 15:47:42 (809109): called boinc_finish(195) </stderr_txt> Thought it was memory related as only have 8 GB but this does not seem the case. I might give it a reboot when I get round to it, stopped work fetch for the time being Conan |

"LODA v2601.25 windows_x86_64" version of the app still generates the error: "The operating system cannot run (null)." Only "good" thing is that the tasks take a few seconds to fail. |

To all Windows users, follow the instructions in the following post to resolve the problem. https://boinc.loda-lang.org/loda/forum_thread.php?id=136&postid=1050#1050 Perhaps it could also provide useful guidance to other users with operating systems different from Windows.[/url] |

Before trying version 260214, I disconnected and then reconnected the project to have a clean setup, to avoid anything old interfering with the test, and I must say it works excellently. At the moment, I have a completed and returned wu without errors and two others that are processing. Well done, it seems that the problem has been resolved on the Windows platform. |
