The elapsed time is computed by BOINC directly (not our app). no! it simply is that silly wrapper which is unable to check this. create a native boinc app and you will be fine.

Maybe CPU hours? nope! this is "creditnew" the new System thats default for about 10 years now. you can get rid of it: https://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/CreditOptions you better get rid of it asap!
