All tasks immediately fail with an error if BOINC is installed as a service in Windows 10

GIT is installed as Administrator to "C:\Program Files\Git"

For example - host https://boinc.loda-lang.org/loda/results.php?hostid=324

I looked at these logs, but I didn't find any errors.
