It has come to my attention that my stats server is currently being blocked from accessing LODA's stats files.
I run two BOINC statistics sites:

boincgames.com - Currently blocked (connection refused on port 443)
free-dc.org - Still working, but uses a similar fetching process

Both sites fetch stats hourly, but only download files when they've been updated (using If-Modified-Since headers or checking timestamps). This approach is intended to minimize load on project servers.
If my fetching method is causing issues or violating any guidelines, I'd be happy to adjust my setup. Please let me know the preferred way to retrieve stats, or if there's a rate limit I should be adhering to.

Would it be possible to have my server's IP unblocked? I can provide the IP address if needed.
